Massage has been around for thousands of years and I encourage it as an integral part of wellbeing, rather than merely a remedial treatment or something to do when away on holiday. I advocate regular “maintenance” treatments as a preventative measure, to enable your continued participation in your favourite activities, such as sport, gardening or playing with your grandchildren.
The treatments I offer are individually focussed and I use a variety of advanced massage techniques with a strong emphasis on myofascial release.
Sessions are tailored to whether you just need to chill-out or address constant nagging backache or headaches. Clinical massage, whilst relaxing, also aims at making an impact on conditions to reduce pain and improve range of movement.
