Sarah is a fully qualified (BSc Hons) Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture practitioner who has a strong educational foundation from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, gaining a BSc (Hons).She is a firm believer in treating the body as a whole, rather than merely addressing individual symptoms. Her approach to health and healing is rooted in the belief that true well-being can only be achieved by harmonizing the body’s various elements and systems.
Her interests include helping patients with mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, but she is also fully trained in electro-acupuncture, used to help those suffering from musculoskeletal problems and chronic pain.
